Oh, there are quite a few resources! My favorite is http://www.sendsomething.net. That website has a great search feature, or you can click and find a random person to send mail to! I think the majority of my pen pals are from that website. There is also Swap-bot, which is a bit more involved, but you can find some easy swaps that are specifically for finding pen pals!
