oh yes, how exciting! i love that feeling of anticipation! i don’t really keep up with either any longer (changing tastes, i guess?) but they were very important to me in my teenage years! glad to hear they are coming out with some new stuff, hopefully tours are in the cards for both! i never did see MM but saw DCFC twice in minneapolis, the second time being my favorite as they did a really nice cover of bjork’s ‘all is full of love’!
I’ve seen Modest Mouse once and it was super disappointing. The crowd was awful and boring! I was planning on seeing Death Cab on their upcoming tour this year but tickets are $45!! I don’t think I’ve ever paid more than 25 bucks for any of their previous shows.

My top two right now are new Death Cab for Cutie and Modest Mouse. I’m pretty much a die-hard fan of both, and Death Cab is my FAVE band to see live.

oh my gosh, that’s practically highway robbery 😐 we paid less to snag tickets for an upcoming neutral milk hotel show!
